Returns : 

You can request a return or an exchange for any item within 14 days from the delivery day. Please contact us on email within 2 days of purchase and we will send you an return form. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed in the certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Also it must be in original undamaged “SilkSisters victory” box. We kindly recommend you to unpack and try the item avoiding any contact with water or hand cream, oily textures or any other factors that could cause stains or marks to silk material. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalised orders.

Silk garment will not lose its quality if you follow Silk Care Instructions:

• Please hand wash or use gentle wash cycle at 30C.
• No spin or tumble dry.
• Use special laundry liquid for silk.
• Please note that silk changes colour in direct sunlight.
• Never bleach silk garment.
• Never spray on silk garment perfume or deodorant.
